Winners will be Selected Through a Random Electronic Draw Conducted Under the Supervision of the Relevant Authorities.
Winner Announcement
Winners will be Announced at the Head Office of Unimoni Exchange LLC, Qatar, in the Presence of Ministry Representatives.
Customers can participate in the electronic raffle draw by sending money through any Unimoni Exchange branch or via the Unimoni Qatar mobile app. Each successful transaction qualifies as an entry, and the chances of winning increase with the number of transactions made.

Depending on the number of transactions, participants can win multiple prizes.

All cancelled or refunded transactions shall be excluded from the draw.

The transactions that are initiated and successfully completed within the promotion eligibility period will be considered valid.

Winners must claim and collect their prizes within ninety (90) days from the date of the winner announcement. Any prize remaining unclaimed after the 90-day period will be forfeited and submitted to the concerned authority, in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

Prize winners will be officially notified by authorized staff of Unimoni Exchange using the customer information provided to Unimoni.

Unimoni Exchange, Qatar will never request winners to pay any charges to claim their prizes, nor will it ask for bank account details or any additional personal information.

By participating in the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each winner agrees that Unimoni Exchange may use their name, information, and images on media platforms for present and future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment, or compensation.

Employees of Unimoni Exchange and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

Unimoni Exchange reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice to the customers.

Unimoni Exchange may deny entry of any remittance transaction into the promotion if it is found to involve unethical, false, or unauthentic practices. In the event that any transaction is deemed suspicious, fraudulent, or based on insufficient or misleading information, Unimoni Exchange reserves the right to withdraw the prize and disqualify the participant or winner.

Unimoni Exchange reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as instructed by the Government regulators without prior notice to the customer at any time and the participant/winner shall be bound by such amendments.

The prize awarded under this promotion is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative shall be offered.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Qatar.
